Following my disappointing start with greenhouse cucumbers this season, I am happy to report that the second batch of seeds have not only germinated, but are now supporting their first true set of leaves and growing quite happily in their pots. greenhouse
Six out of the eight seeds have germinated which will provide plenty of plants for this household and may even generate a plant or two for my gardening friends.
I’ve grown the tiny cucumbers this year. T&M’s Cucino F1 and Mini Munch as they create the perfect size fruits for a lunchtime salad without leaving half a cuc in the fridge where it gets forgotton.
