I’ve got a few planters of winter lettuce, mustards, chard and my all-essential broad bean seedlings to provide some tasty winter leaves.
It’s so satisfying harvesting fresh leaves with winter approaching and knowing that they have needed no transport, no pesticides and can be moved from plot to plate in moments. Read more…
The weather is yo-yoing at the moment between heavy frost and bright sunny days and the greenhouse doesn’t know if its spring summer, autumn or winter.
